A. Offer open chat sessions that focus on discussing one particular application or practice of PBL. There would be a pre-selected theme for the webinar. The theme could be determined in one of the groups or on Twitter. Teachers/admins would discuss how they are addressing the particular theme and determine ways to improve their practice
B. Promote groups. Get your teachers and administrators in the habit of connecting with other teachers in the groups in order to build community, cross-network projects as well as support each other’s efforts
C. Post awards and kudos for contributing to Echo or good projects
D. A critical friends component where teachers can share their projects
E. Create a PLC (sharing resources in the groups, hosting a book club?)

A. Monthly post from each community advocate on the “Need to Know” blog
B. Webinars that interview teachers who are doing great projects as well as outside speakers who will discuss potential projects and how to implement them (timing to be determined)
C. Podcast highlighting PBL ideas and projects, as well as organizations to work with in order to improve implementation across the network (timing to be determined)
D. A bi-weekly newsletter focused on best practices and community opportunities and development
